  • Will I be able to hold a turtle at Sea Turtle Inc.?

Unfortunately, visitors are not allowed to hold the sea turtles at the center. Because they have been rescued and rehabilitated, the turtles are fragile wild animals and only trained animal handlers can touch them. But there are plenty of viewing opportunities in the tanks, pools, and release parties.
  • How long are the field trips at Sea Turtle Inc.?

Sea Turtle, Inc offers group school field trips for a fun and educational way for children to explore the world of sea turtles with an interactive presentation and tour of the center and rehab facility. Field trips are typically 2 hours long and include a 20-minute presentation followed by a 1.5-hour free play. Children can then explore the tanks and pools, as well as the gift shop.
