My parents recently stayed at one of the registered hotels listed on your site (Blue Bay Inn & Suites). I know this hotel has changed names many times and we even had a bit of difficulty finding it in reviews. I know the chamber of commerce doesn't manage hotel reviews, but you do hear complaints on occasions. I also think its important that you hear excellent reviews. My family was pleasantly surprised with the Blue Bay Inn. The hotel GM, Shiraz, went out of her way to insure my family had a excellent stay. I am staying at the KOA for two months and my parents came down to visit. I put them at this hotel and was a bit nervous based on past "old" reviews. This cannot be the same place. The management team at the hotel did an excellent job. My parents, who had never been to South Padre Island, are now big fans and like it better here than in Corpus Christi.... thanks to Blue Bay Inn.
